Sharon Lynn Burdick, age 76, of Grand Marsh, Wisconsin passed away peacefully in her home with her children by her side on Monday, January 08, 2018.

Funeral services were 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Rev. Debbie Warthan officiated. Visitation was 2:00 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the Townline Cemetery, Town of Springville, Adams County, Wisconsin at a later date.

Sharon was born on September 21, 1941 in Racine, Wisconsin to Albertus and Annette (Stewart) DeDeyne. She grew up in Racine, and graduated from Racine County School of Agriculture in 1959. She married Richard Kadolph soon after graduating high school; this marriage was blessed with three wonderful children. Later in life, Sharon married Floyd D. Burdick and moved to Adams County in 1981. She enjoyed her time working at Villa Pines Living Center for a culmination of 25 years.

Sharon grew up horseback riding, and enjoyed archery (State Champion), fishing, traveling and viewing the great outdoors, participating in Relay for Life, watching the Packers (Go Pack Go), going to Sturgis, and especially spending time with her family and friends.

Memorials may be directed in Sharon’s memory to Tomah Hospice Touch.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Albertus and Annette DeDeyne; husband, Floyd D. Burdick;
and sister, Sandy Kiefer.

Son: Paul (Tammy) Kadolph of Grand Marsh, Wisconsin
Daughter: Dawn Kadolph of Oak Harbor, Washington
Daughter: Kim (Rob) Trenor of Palm Bay, Florida
Brother: Jack (Sharon) DeDeyne of Huron, South Dakota
Further survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, stepchildren, other relatives, and friends.

I’m sure your moments of sad tears will be replaced with belly laughing tears because a funny memory (or multiple memories) has surfaced.
