Verla, Elsie and family: I’m so sorry to hear of the death of a long time classmate. We began our education in kindergarten in Friendship Grade School all the way through A.F. H.S. How to describe Dick? He was a card! Always had a wise crack at the ready. A very intelligent kid…….learning seemed easy for him. He was involved in many activities and organizations back then, and that continued in his adult life. He was an asset to any community he was a part of. I’m sorry my old friend is gone, but his life was full. May God bless his memory.
