Phyllis Elizabeth Manning

Phyllis Elizabeth Manning (nee Rasch), age 79, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Monday, November 13, 2017 at Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, Wisconsin.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Pastor Jerry Stamper will officiate.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.

Phyllis was born April 20, 1938 in Springville, Wisconsin to John and Leona (Roller) Rasch. She grew up on the family farm in Easton and graduated from Adams-Friendship High in 1956. She married Ed Kasten in Watertown, Wisconsin. Later, she married Ed Manning in 1980. They made their home in Adams, Wisconsin.

Phyllis enjoyed horses, fishing, and bingo.

Phyllis was a member of a Lutheran Church.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, John and Leona (Roller) Rasch; and brother, Sam Rasch.
