Penny was born December 14, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois to Howard and Jacqueline (Richmond) Doss. She married Frank Lacaria on December 13, 1985 in Chicago, Illinois. They moved to Friendship, WI in 1996. Penny worked at Trienda Corp in Portage, Wisconsin.
Penny enjoyed watching television and crocheting.
