Nalia Journee Barton

Nalia Journee Barton, age four months, of Adams, Wisconsin passed away peacefully in her parents’ arms on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison after fighting with being born prematurely. God called her home, so she no longer has to suffer and is safe in His hands with her twin that passed away before birth.

Funeral services will be 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Pastor Sam Downey will officiate. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. until the time of service on Sunday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.

Nalia was born October 30, 2018, in Madison, to Ryan Barton and Krystal Fee. She loved being held by her mom & dad and would constantly stare at them when she was in their arms. She also loved her paci, butt pats, looking at bright lights, and listening to soothing music.

Nalia was preceded in death by her grandmother, Rita Szalai; great-grandparents, Merlyn & Carolyn Barton, and two cousins.

    Ryan and I just want to say thank you to all of nalias Nicu staff. Thank you for fighting just as hard by nalias side and giving us the 4 months we did have with nalia. If anyone would like to pay last respects for nalia please feel free to come Sunday. We appreciate all the love and support we got through her stay and even after. Thank you everyone!
