Linda M. Thiessen

Linda M. Thiessen, age 58, of Necedah, Wisconsin passed away after a long battle with cancer on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Serenity House in Tomah, Wisconsin.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Linda was born July 18, 1958, in Mauston, Wisconsin to Albert and Melvina (LaQuee) Roberts.

She graduated from Adams-Friendship High School in 1976.

Linda married Johnny Thiessen on July 3, 1989, in Iowa.  He preceded her in death on May 18, 2016.

She enjoyed doing cross stitch, making family members beautiful quilts, crossword puzzles and was an avid Packer fan. Linda loved animals and donating her time to the New Beginnings Animal Shelter.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Thiessen; father, Albert “Bud” Roberts; Grandparents, Charles & Goldie Roberts and Harry & Frieda LaQuee.

Step-Daughter:  Lorie Clinton of Necedah, Wisconsin

Step-Son:  Jeff Thiessen of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Three grandsons: Cody, Austin, and Evan

Sister:  Lori (Doug) Bowman of Paris, Texas

Sister:  Diane (Billy) Whitfield of Lawton, Oklahoma

Brother:  Chuck (Dawn) Roberts of Friendship, Wisconsin

Close family friend:  Gary Zernia of Adams, Wisconsin

further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews
