Linda Popp

Linda M. Popp, age 74, of Adams, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly Friday April 1, 2016 at her home after a recent diagnosis of leukemia.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Jack Pine Saloon (banquet hall) Adams, WI 10am-3pm.  Brunch will be semi-catered, family and friends are invited to bring your favorite dish or desert in remembrance of Linda.  In loving memory of their mom, her children also welcome any mystery can surprise entrée, side dish or desert as well…

Linda was born January 25, 1942 in La Crosse, Wisconsin to Lem and Sylvia (Allen) Drake.

She was a lifelong professional bus driver for Rite Way Leasing, Greyhound and for the Monona Grove School District.

Linda was a member of the Senior Citizens Club in Adams.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lem & Sylvia Drake; sister Darlene Seely; half-brothers: Ralph Drake and Riley Drake; step-father Joseph Culpitt; sister-in-law Mary Drake and step-brother Royal Culpitt

Brother:  Roy Drake of Viroqua, WI

Daughter:  Sherri Harms of Waunakee, WI

Son:  Eric (Arlene) Popp of Schertz, TX

Daughter:  Tracy (James) Schmidt of Grand Marsh, WI

Foster Daughter:  Dawn (Robert) Kitsemble of Tomahawk, WI

Grandson:  Eric (Sheridan) Popp Jr. of Schertz, TX

Grandson:  Dakota (Rose) Harms of Madison, WI

Grandson:  Michael Popp of Schertz, TX

Great-Grandson:  Jack Harms of Madison, WI

Further survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews

    My sincere condolences to the family members during this difficult time. I just want to share a scripture that has strengthened me when I lost loved one. I pray it soothe the pain you are experiencing. Isaiah 41:10 “Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not gaze about, for I am your God. I will fortify you.
