Leonard Lee Dye Sr.

Leonard Lee Dye, Sr., age 83, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the Faith Baptist Church in Adams, Wisconsin. Rev. Richard Eberly will officiate. Interment will be at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Town of Lincoln, Adams County, Wisconsin. Visitation will be Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the Faith Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Leonard was born in Portage, WI on December 31, 1934, to Lee and Emma (Vondrak) Dye.

He will be greatly missed by his family, church family, and friends.  Leonard was a Military Veteran who served in the Korean Conflict and will be buried with military honors.  He was a carpenter by trade and spent many happy years working in and around the community.  Leonard’s favorite things were spending time with his family, fellowship at his church and photography.  He loved the Lord and loved sharing his faith with others.

Leonard was preceded in death by his wife Roberta (Bobbi) M. Dye, sisters; Lucille Duir and Violet Premo, step-son Ken Woyach.

If family and friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church for Operation Christmas Child.  Operation Christmas Child was very special to Leonard as he enjoyed knowing he was helping to brighten Christmas for children.

You were the best joke teller and always made me laugh… Just knowing when I opened an Email it would be opening a box of sunshine.
