James Fredrick Roate

James Fredrick Roate, age 64, of Adams, Wisconsin died Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.

Jim was born December 2, 1952 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to James Arthur and Mettja (Cappon) Roate. He grew up in Milwaukee and served in Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked as an welder and worked throughout Wisconsin on many various projects. Jim retired to Adams County in 2011.

James enjoyed fishing, and attending steam engine train shows.

James was preceded in death by his parents: James Arthur and Mettja Roate.
