Memorial services will be 12:00 Noon on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Grand Marsh Community Center in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin. Pastor Sam Downey will officiate
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at Grand Marsh Community Center. Interment will be at Pine Grove Cemetery at a later date.
Jackie was born December 22, 1987 in Mauston, Wisconsin to James Steven and Lisa A. (Hicks) Kopstein. She grew up in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin and attended Adams-Friendship High School.
Jackie enjoyed the outdoors where she loved to camp, fish, and tubing. Most of all she loved to spend time with her daughter, Sky.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lisa Kopstein; son, Jasper James Cal o; and grandparents, Frank and Violet Hicks.

Brother: Cody Kopstein of Grand Marsh, Wisconsin
Brother: Otis Kopstein of Lynchburg, Virginia
Grandmother: Jean Henke of Westfield, Wisconsin
Aunt: Debra Cavanaugh of Grand Marsh, Wisconsin
Further survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

So sad to hear, got to be really close with her while I dated Nick D. She was an awesome person, funny and sweet.
We will miss you Jackie so much. We went camping this year with her Ken D. Nick d. Kens sister and friends 2 time .one in May the our in July . We had a great time both times. First one had a night that I will never forget. Every one went to bed but we where the last ones up .and it started to rain. But we did not care sitting by the fire drink,laughing. U walked me to my tent cuz it was dark and we had no lights. I fell and you helped me up .laughed so hard u mad my one son Cam get off my bed ..second in July nicks graduation party camping trip. Had a blessed .summing with u and sky. .sky trying to walk out dog. And u. Boating with the kids my boys two. You where my new camping drinking fun laugh buddy. And won’t see u at Ken z shop or pad no more. All the talks and hugs .we are going to miss u .I already do .but will never forgot u. U live in our hearts for ever. Until we meet up with u again. My good friend .had a blast. With u .now a drink to you as well. Glad we meet years ago thou Nick and Ken .sorry it was not longer. Miss u. My friend. Big hug

My deepest prayers for the healing of your family’s pain… I lived in GrandMarsh for quite a while during my marriage… I believe Jackie was one of the kids who used to come enjoy watermelons and crafts for our little Bible story times in the summer… Swimming at Patrick’s lake, such good times back then…May you be comforted past understanding. May you be able to remember the good times as well as the pain of loss.

After hearing soooo much about Jackie i finally met her. I will never forget that night. She will always be my wifey. She is a very special person that will always be loved and forever in my heart locked away in a special place.
Jackie and I use to down alot of time together over at Ken D. Shop we have laughed over so much,played with Sky and my last memorie was her and Steave A. Brandan and I all going to comedy club would give anything to of made more memories together.. I love ya Jackie watch over all of us till we meet again my beautiful friend….

We went to the Chippewa flowage together on my boat. Camped on a island ,went fishing with our friends Kenny D. And Kerry Z. Laughed and drank around the fire with Sean and Val. The best day was the last. We got the boat working right… Finally and we went tubing and swimming. An layed on the boat till sunset, an had to go. I’ll always love you jackie
