Esther Ann Luke

Esther Ann Luke, age 67, of Mauston, Wisconsin died Thursday, August 10, 2017 at her home.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 20th, 2017 at the American Legion, LaValle, Wisconsin. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service, after the service friends are invited to stay for a Luncheon and continued fellowship.

Esther was born September 25, 1949 in Warrens, Wisconsin to Joseph Harvey and Stella Luella
(Stout) Clark. She graduated from Wonewoc High School. She married Gerald E. Luke on March 25, 1967 in Methodist Church, Mauston, WI. They just celebrated 50 years of Marriage. Esther lived for her family. After learning of her illness she vowed that she would attend her youngest son’s wedding and would see all her grandchildren graduate from High School. She kept up the fight and achieved all of those goals.

Esther enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and vacationing with family and friends.

Esther was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Stella Clark; brother, Dale (Lorraine) Clark; brother, Leo Clark; sister, Geraldine (Emil) Klingenberg; in-laws; Bill (Clara) Luke; Bud Luke; Helen and Patsy Prey; Paul and Delores Parce; Dave and Bertha Clark; Gene and Linda Phillips; Ervin Luke; Frank Collett; and
In-law Dick Osborne.
