Elmer C. Beissel

Elmer C. Beissel, age 88, of Coloma, Wisconsin died Monday, October 30, 2017, at Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, Wisconsin.

Elmer was born September 21, 1929, in Pound, Wisconsin to Charles and Augusta (Patz) Beissel.

He married Johanna Vanderwal on December 16, 1949, in East Friesland, Wisconsin.

Elmer loved fishing, hunting, and having fun with the guys.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Augusta Beissel; wife, Johanna Beissel; sisters, Marge (John) Gretzon & Agnes (Eddie) Kowalski and brother-in-law, Clarence “Pinky” Pinkalla.

Daughter: Tari Schofield of Coloma, Wisconsin

Grandson: David (Ellen) Beissel of Greenfield, Wisconsin
Grandson: Jordan (Linda) Wenzel Jr. of Craig, Montana
Grandson: James (Jessica) Wenzel of Burlington, Wisconsin
Granddaughter: Kristl (Matt Klatt) Kasch of Bloomer, Wisconsin
Granddaughter: Katie (Sean) Kostritza of Eden, Wisconsin
Great-Grandchildren: Cody, Alaura, Kaylie, Austin, Alexandria, Jakob, Kenzie, Allison, and Christian
Sister: Mavis Pinkalla of Caledonia, Wisconsin
Further survived by nieces & nephews.
