Betty J. Crant

Betty J. Crant, age 56, of Adams, Wisconsin passed away Friday, August 26, 2016 at University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Rev. John Stake will officiate. Interment will be at the East Arkdale Cemetery, Town of Strongs Prairie, Adams County, Wisconsin. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m until the time of service on Saturday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.

Betty was born May 4, 1960 in Waukegan, Illinois to Bobbie and Daisy (Ladewig) Orick. Betty attended Warren Township High School in Gurnee, Illinois. Betty moved to Wisconsin in 1980. She worked in Wisconsin Dells where she met her husband Ellis W. Crant. They were married on August 10, 1989.

Betty enjoyed her various crafts, especially taking great pride in her Christmas decorating. She also enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, being on her computer talking to her friends and family, gardening, and volunteer work for the nursing homes & elderly.

Betty was preceded in death by her mother, Daisy Orick and sister, Marlene Taylor.
