  2. Sharon and Norm Becker says:

My childhood memories of Aunt Bern go back to Chicago, when we lived 2 houses apart. She was hard working and warm. Her hospitality went with her to WI where we were always welcomed, and spent happy times with her and Uncle Adam. She was my Confirmation Sponsor, and a great example of a Christian woman. I know she is now at rest in the arms of Our Lord Jesus.

  3. Colleen and Ken Becker says:

May the rad rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. The rain fall soft upon your fields. Ant until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of his hand. May the lord be with you all in your time of sorrow. We will be with you there in Friendship WI in our thoughts and prayers. Love yous Colleen and Ken

  4. John and Bailey Musnicki says:

No trip to Wisconsin was complete with out a stop at Aunt Bern’s House. It was always enjoyable visiting with her. She was always interested in what all of her nieces and nephews were up to as well as checking in on her Chicago sports teams. A heartfelt goodbye Aunt Bern.

  5. Bonny M. Kostycz,your favorite dau-in-law says:

Around 1963 or so I met Bernice thru her niece, my BFF Sandy. In 1965 I went from calling her “Aunt Bern” to “Mom” when I married her son Warren.? I was welcomed into the family as if I were born into it & I think there’s no better place to be! She was always kind, motherly & generous to me & I’ll be forever grateful.

  8. Sandy and John Quinn says:

Aunt Bernice was the last of that generation. She was always happy to see company. We visited a lot when her kids were young and I don’t ever remember her being mad. She loved playing cards and dice and doing her word searches. She was a fun person and a great aunt. She was a good cook too. She made the best stuffed cabbage and German potato salad. She lived a long good life. We will miss you Aunt Bern, but there is no doubt in my mind that you made it to heaven. We also know you are going to shake things up while you are there. Condolences to Bonnie &Larry, Bonny, Leona, Patsy, and their families and all the Grandkids.

To All of Bernices family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I often wondered where she was and didn’t now she was at Villa. Have known Bernice for many years. My daughter Krystal would go to their home to visit when their grand daughter came up to visit. What a great lady. Many fond memories of Bernice and her late husband Adam. God Bless all of you and comfort you during this difficult time.
