Harlan Booth Kolberg, age 74, of Easton Township, Adams County, Wisconsin died Thursday, June 5, 2008 Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2008 at the Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Mr. Raymond Klug will officiate. Interment will be at a later date at the White Creek Cemetery, Town of Easton, Adams County, Wisconsin.

Visitation will be Noon to 2:00 p.m. on Friday at Roseberry's Funeral Home.

Harlan was born February 21, 1934 in Janesville, Wisconsin to Alfred and Eleanor (Maurer) Kolberg. He graduated from Janesville High School in 1952. Harlan learned his carpenter trade through his father. He belonged to Carpenters Local 836 and 314 for a total of 44 years. He served as an officer of the Carpenters Local at one time. Harlan married Doris R. Klug on November 23, 1974 in Litchfield, IL and renewed their vows in Janesville, WI on Feb. 21, 1976. They made their home in Afton, WI for 15 years and in July 1990 moved into their hand built house in Easton Township, Adams County.

Harlan enjoyed watching most sports and traveling. He was a member of the White Creek Church and the Otter Creek Community Club in Milton.

Harlan was preceded in death by parents; brother, Lowell Kolberg; sisters, Phyllis Dozier and Karen Hall.

Son: Ken Kolberg of St. Paul, MN

Daughter: Laura Kolberg of Janesville, Wisconsin

Son: Kevin (Suzanne) Kolberg of Rockford, IL

Sister: Gail (Gene) Lawrence of Adams, Wisconsin

Brother: Dean (Vickie) Kolberg of Janesville, Wisconsin

Brother-in-law: Al Hall of Adams, Wisconsin

Step-daughter: Connie (Ernie) Fisher of Milton, Wisconsin

Step-daughter: Peggy (Dale) Dissmeyer of Minneapolis, MN

Step-daughter: Diane Lock of Janesville, Wisconsin

Step-son: Raymond Klug of Milton, Wisconsin

Step-son: James Klug of Milton, Wisconsin

Grandchildren: 15

Great-Grandchildren: 6
