William A. Beissert, age 88, of
Friendship, Wisconsin died Monday, November 20, 2006.
Private family services were held.
Mr .
Beissert was born February 2, 1918 in Elgin, IL to Herman J.
and Myrtle (Supernaw) Beissert. He married Helen Ringheimer
on July 4, 1942 in Elgin, IL.
He was an auto mechanic in Elgin,
Algonquin, and Crystal Lake, IL for many years before
retiring to Friendship in 1978.
Survivors include a daughter Susan (Reed)
Crofoot in Lake in the Hills, Ill., and son William (Susan)
of Carpentersville, Ill.; two grandchildren, Reed (Deborah)
Crofoot and Kevin (Michelle) Beissert; four
great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Czischki of South
Elgin, Ill.
His wife, and parents preceded him in
death.
