CHARLES L. FALLOS Sr., age 93,
of Adams, Wisconsin died Saturday, October 9, 2004 at the
Moundview Memorial Extended Care Clinic in Friendship, WI
following a long illness.Funeral services will be 2:00
p.m., Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at the Adams Trinity
Lutheran Church in Adams, Wisconsin. The Rev. Doug Steinke
will officiate. Interment will be in the South Arkdale
Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Church on Tuesday from
12 Noon until the time of service.
Charles was born June 6, 1911 to Otto and Julia (Wang)
Fallos in the Adams County Town of Strongs Prairie. He
married Olga Sletten on January 3, 1935 in Arkdale, WI.
Charles worked for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad for
over 30 years, retiring in 1974.
Charles enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, and reading.
Charles was a member of the Adams Trinity Lutheran
Church, serving the church in various capacities throughout
the years.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; daughter
(Mary Ann Fallos - 1962); brothers (Elmer and Bill Fallos);
two sisters (Hilma Anderson and Lillian Staples); and
son-in-law (Marvin Johnson).
