Timothy J. Sytsma

Timothy J. Sytsma, age 23, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Monday, December 08, 2014 following an automobile accident in Waushara County.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Pastor Sam Downey will officiate. Visitation will be at Roseberry’s Funeral Home on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Tim was born June 16, 1991 in Friendship, Wisconsin to David and Vivian (Hollaar) Sytsma. He graduated from Moraine Park Technical College in Beaver Dam in 2011 as an electrical lineman. Tim worked for Badger Unified Cooperative Services as an arborist.

Timothy enjoyed hunting, woodworking, leather crafts, artisan crafts, automotive mechanics, softball, shooting pool, playing darts and playing with his dog, Aly, whom he called his little heart.

Survivors include his parents: David and Vivian Sytsma of Friendship, Wisconsin; girlfriend, Jessica Wallner of Friendship, Wisconsin; soon to be born daughter, Adalyn Sytsma of Friendship, Wisconsin; sister, Leigh Ann Sytsma of Friendship, Wisconsin; brothers, Martin (Anna) Sytsma of Adams, Wisconsin; Paul Sytsma of Friendship, Wisconsin; John (Tracy) Sytsma of Lewisville, Texas; and Louis Sytsma of Friendship, Wisconsin; nieces and nephews, Kayla, Jacob, William, Elizabeth and Evangeline Sytsma of Adams, Wisconsin; Jayden, Alexis and Dylan Sytsma of Lewisville, Texas.

    I am so sorry for your loss. I didn’t know Tim, but Jessica’s niece is one of my 5th grade students. Hailee told me the story this morning in school. She was devastated.
