Zirzow210Raymond G. “Skip” Zirzow, age 69, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Friday, July 4, 2014 at Wm S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Rev. John K. Stake will officiate. Visitation will be 12:00 Noon until the time of service on Thursday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home. Military Honors will be presented by the Adams County Honor Guard.

Raymond was born October 18, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Dorothy (Molbeck) Zirzow.

He enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in November of 1962. From May of 1965 until March of 1966 he served in Vietnam and was honorably discharged in November of 1966.

Skip married Barbara A. Dyer on October 21, 1988 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They relocated to Friendship in 1998.

He enjoyed hunting & fishing. Skip especially enjoyed spending time with his family, friends & his devoted Golden Retriever, Zeke. He had a great sense of humor and could always make everyone laugh with his wit.

Skip was preceded in death by his father, William Zirzow; mother, Dorothy Zirzow; brother, Randy Zirzow; sister, Diedre Khoury and his sister, Vivian Stone.

Daughter: Kristina (Randy Panfil) Zirzow of Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Step- Son: Bryant (Sherry) Dyer of Hartford, Wisconsin
Step- Son: Curtis (Michelle) Dyer of Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Eight grandchildren & Twelve great-grandchildren
Brother: Todd (Victoria) Zirzow of Silver Lake, Wisconsin
Sister-in-law: Marilyn (Robert) Turner of Deforest, Wisconsin
Brother-in-law: Fred (Margaret) Bell of Richland Center, Wisconsin
Sister-in-law: Helen Bell of Kenosha, Wisconsin
