So sorry to hear of Les’s passing. I will miss not seeing him next year as I was not down this year. My condolences to you and to Les’s
family. We have some great memories of our many years. May he rest in peace. He seems to have gone as quickly as Ray did with the same cancer. May God give you peace, knowing he now is in God’s hands.

I am proud to have known Les and call him my friend. I will miss seeing him every day at the card table and around the park this winter season. He was one of the good guys. He will be missed. R.I.P. Lester
We are fellow Winter Texans and Les was one of the first people we met when we moved to Gateway RV Park in Texas. Although we have only known Les for 3 years, we enjoyed many conversations with him and teasing him about looking for golf balls on the course. We will miss Les for sure. Our condolences go out to Carol and to all of Les’ family.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Lester for just over 2 years. I found Lester to be an outstanding person. I last visited Lester on June 21st at his home. I told him of an upcoming trip that I was going on for a Navy celebration that was retiring the EA-6B Prowler at Whidbey Island Washington. I was a Naval Aviator in the 1970’s. He was looking forward to seeing the pictures. I received notification of Lester’s passing during a memorial for aviators who gave the ultimate sacrifice. It was quite an emotional time.
My condolences to Lester’s family and friends.
