Carol it is with deep regret that we received this notice. I never met Leon, that I remember, but through discussions with the family I regarded leon as a man of integrity and a good mentor. So it was with a loss inside of me for you and your family. May God bless you all with His comfort and healing. Carl
Carol and family, You have my love and sympathy. God will hold you in his arms. Take care, Love Dorothy
Carol, Wade, Robin, Kristin, and Jeremy, My thoughts and prayers have been with you all week. All losses are hard, as I know the loss of my Dad, but one thing I do believe in is the promise that God gave to us in baptism and His word, that “All who believe and are baptised shall be saved”! Knowing that Leon and you all love the outdoors and he with hunting and fishing, as the rest of my family enjoy, I hope that when you feel the fall breeze, see that doe and fawn in the spring, or an eagle overhead, the wildflowers blooming, (or even fetching wood!), you will be reminded of your DAD and Husband, and smile, and feel his love. Missing him and being sad and even tears are ok, because if there were not love, there would not be those feeling! I will call, but not while you are all together. Mom would love to see you, Carol, and she is really feeling sad for you, as she knows what losing a husband is like, and maybe we can make a visit happen! Love and prayers to you all, Kathy
