Joanne M Peterson, age 58, of Adams, Wisconsin died Thursday, December 18, 2014 at her residence.
Joanne was born February 23, 1956 in Wisconsin to Charles and Patricia (McGuire) Strempler.
Joanne worked as a Registered Nurse at Ft Memorial Hospital and Mile Bluff. She enjoyed helping people and taking in strays.
She is survived by one daughter: Michelle (Leonard) Pitt of La Crosse, Wisconsin; her daughter-in-law: Ruth Peterson of Whitewater, Wisconsin; Her grandchildren: Jazzie Peterson of Whitewater, Patricia Pitt of La Crosse, Leonard Pitt of La Crosse, Alicia Pitt of La Crosse, and Tonya Pitt of La Crosse; Great grandson: Johnathon Pitt of La Crosse; sister: Jean Lonze of Union Grove; two brothers: Jim Strempler of Kansasville, and Charles Strempler of Washington; good friend, Benny of Adams. nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her son, Pat Peterson.
Following her wishes, there will be no services at this time.

So sorry to hear this. She was the greatest person ever. Always caring for everyone. She is now in heaven rocking to pats music. Prayers to Benny n rest of family. She is on heaven with pat watching over us all n jamming to some good music
Ma was the most caring and generous person that I ever met. She now has graced the gates of heaven. God be with Benny and the family in their time of need.

I was shocked to hear of Joanne’s passing. She was a great lady who loved life. She is with Pat now, watching over us all. Hugs to the family and prayers for you as well. May you find comfort in God and in each other.
This was a shock to us. Ma and Benny are good friends of ours. Loved the old music she would play going to miss her smiling face and friendship. She is with her son in heaven. We will all see her again. Hope there is a juke box in heaven where she can play the oldies but goodies! Miss u ma! We will watch over Benny for u.

I am truly at a loss for words. My sympathies to her family. Benny, if there’s anything you need don’t hesitate to ask, I know Joanne is the love of your life and I loved her too. I’ll miss her.
