Jeffrey M Hilt

Jeffrey Michael Hilt, 53, of Adams, Wisconsin; after courageously battling pancreatic cancer for the last 18 months, passed peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones in the early morning hours of October 14, 2014.

His strength, determination, and unwavering will to live astonished all who witnessed his fight. His humor in the face of pain and desire to put others at ease was remarkable. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; George and Denver Hilt of Friendship, WI,and his younger brother Leo Hilt of Fort Atkinson, WI.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle (Rykiel) Hilt and step-son Aaron Frydrych of Adams, WI; and his daughters Lisa and Amber Hilt of Columbia, South Carolina. He is further survived by his three older brothers; Terry and Barb Hilt, Rick Hilt, Tim and Kathy Hilt, all of Fort Atkinson, WI, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family and close friends.

A private memorial will be held on Saturday, October 18th. Condolences can be sent to Michelle Hilt 2309 State Hwy 13, Adams, WI 53910.
