Jared Dale Stanford, age 28, of Oxford, Wisconsin passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015 at his home.

Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home and again from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service on Friday at the church.
Jared was born March 5, 1987 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Dale A. and Mary E. (Ebert) Stanford. Without question, created in the image of God with a natural love to give of himself for the joy of others was the contentment and mark of his childhood. He was filled with a mind for new knowledge and discovery, his keen awareness found him reading early and often. Along with books, music, sports, movies, legos, and board games his childhood was enhanced with a fascination and love for animals of every order. As he grew he proved himself a competitor in every arena. In his mid-teens and in a very short period of time he proved his ability to master the piano. His person was rounded with a sense of humor motivated to ease the tensions of life. He was a problem solver with an innate ability to see when most could not. In both work and play he excelled with perfection, always with that persistent smile, and always appreciative of gained companionship. In short, he was beautiful. Though a temporal mystery yet may persist of such strength and promise overcome by a subtle weakness, we shall remember with gratitude the eternal glory of God being testified in Jared’s life now and forever. “The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”
Jared was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Charles D. Stanford; Grandfather, Harold “Bob” Ebert; Grandmother, Betty Ebert and Uncle, Robert Ebert.

We are saddened by this heat breaking news. The hardest part of parenting is losing a child. However, the Lord does help relieve the pain. Along with scripture, He uses “time” as part of that healing process. With the memories of our child’s life and God’s strength the pain will lessen. You are strong in the Lord and know of His comfort. We will be praying for all of your family, if there is anything Dennis and I can do, please let us know. We realize that our lives have separated and we have lost contact with you both. But you are still in our thoughts and memories. Please know that even distant we are still brothers and sisters in Christ and love you both.
Your son will be missed every day, just know that he was sincerely loved during his time on Earth. Until we all meet again, we must honor the dead by living each day.
