James William Jarosch

James William Jarosch, age 70, of Adams, Wisconsin died Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, Wisconsin.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1st, 2015 at Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship. Rev. John K. Stake will officiate. Visitation will be at Roseberry’s Funeral Home on Friday, May 1st from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Military honors will be presented by the Adams County Honor Guard.

Jim was born July 4, 1944 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Conrad and Devonne Jarosch. He graduated from St. Paul High School in 1963. Jim enlisted in the Navy, training at the Great Lakes Naval Station and later at Norfolk Virginia and served on the USS Vulcan. He married Sharon Louise Peterson on May 28, 1966 in Norfolk, Virginia. The couple returned to Minnesota where Jim graduated from Agricultural Technical School. Jim worked for Cenex as a fertilizer and feed salesperson before staying at home to take care of his son, Todd.

James enjoyed woodworking, cutting wood, fishing, hunting, gardening, and best of all, helping his friends butchering deer.

James assisted with fundraising for the Developmental Disabled Christmas Party for over 20 years.

James was preceded in death by his parents: Conrad and Devonne Jarosch, and one brother, Joe.

Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law: Bruce and Mary Jo Potter of Echo, MN
Sister-in-law: Janet Powell of Ionia, MI
Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
