I was so sorry to hear of Cliffs passing. I never really got to know Cliff (only seeing him at Mass), but he always gave you such a nice smile! Anne, I do know how difficult this time will be for you and your family, but some how we make it through with God walking with us. I truly believe he is right there with us through these sad times to bring us peace, strength and comfort. My heart goes out to you all…..and you are in my thoughts and prayers. The pain never really goes away, but it does ease some with time, so hold on to all those wonderful memories you have of Cliff and speak his name often…..it really does help. I will always remember Uncle Cliff, as he and Annie Mae were next door neighbors of ours when I was still on the farm at Edgar. I remember one specific tragedy involving one of their children, where I drove Uncle Cliff to the hospital in Wausau. It was fortunate that everything turned out okay. Uncle Cliff many times took me along to Edgar to play baseball, something he enjoyed very much, as well as I. Annie Mae, you and Cliff will be on our mind, and in our prayers. Our sincerest condolences.
