30 years ago I have to say Chris was my true best friend. We have been through a lot. How do you say it, the “good ol days”, campfires yes and never wanting them to end and still going until the sun came up, driving until we did not even know where we were and singing to the Beach Boys, Friday night bowling at the Gleason Bowling Alley, making our favorite snack (nachos, taco sauce, cheese, and black olives right out of the oven) along with a beer or two maybe three!!! 🙂 Yes, they were the good ol days. With time people do drift for many reasons. It has been years but wonderful memories still remain in my heart of our friendship. With heartfelt sympathy and kindest thoughts to you all in your sorrow. My thoughts are with you all, so sorry for your loss.

  4. Sue Graf Holt says:

I knew Chris from her Gleadon days. She was a good friend. She was. But obviously time and circumstances come into play and you lose touch. Chris was fun!! And extremely loyal!!! She would do anything for you and would not expect anything in return…she was kind and generous… I remember hay rides, barn dances , Bon fires, breakfast, Talking me out of going to work. Lol. And again loyality!!! She believes in people believed in the good of people even when they treated her unkindly. I am sorry for your loss. Rest in peace
