Carol Ann Mikolajczak, age 78, of Friendship (formerly of Milwaukee), Wisconsin died Monday, March 30, 2015 at Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics in Friendship, Wisconsin.

Carol was born February 17, 1937 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Joseph and Loraine (Jahn) Mikolajczak. She graduated from Riverside University High School in Milwaukee. Carol worked for Holsum Foods in Waukesha, Wisconsin for over 40 years. She retired to Adams in 1996.
Carol enjoyed needlepoint and crafts, taking care of three cats, and solving word searches and puzzles.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Loraine Mikolajczak; and sister-in-law, Debra Mikolajczak.
