Edythe Ruth Machon, age 93, of West Palm
Beach, Florida (formerly of Adams-Friendship) died Friday,
March 21, 2008 at the Good Samaritan Hospital & Hospice in
West Palm Beach, Florida.Funeral services will be 2:00
p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2008 at the Immanuel Lutheran
Church in Adams, Wisconsin. Rev. John Krebs will officiate.
Interment will be at the Mt. Repose Cemetery, Friendship,
Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 3rd at
Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Edythe was born June 1, 1914 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to
Walter and Anna (Keup) Roesecke. She was the former owner
and operator of Schatze's Resort. Edythe was a co-owner of
Nekoosa Electric Company with George Krapf, she founded and
was the owner of Roche Cri Realty.
Edythe was a member of Big Roche Cri Lake Association,
Wisconsin Tavern League, and the Immanuel Lutheran Church
and Immanuel's Women's Guild.
Edythe was preceded in death by father, Walter Roesecke;
mother, Anna Lentz; husbands; Frank Novak, George Krapf, and
Edward Machon.
